Audiobooks Online ships audio books by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to most locations in the world. The delivery periods below estimate the number of days to get your audiobooks to you after shipment.

We strive to have all titles in stock when we receive your order, however, occasionally we must order it or already have it on order from our distributors. Actual delivery MAY NOT account for processing by your country's Customs and/or postal system. For international shipments, Audiobooks Online attaches a customs form and packing list to the outside of the package. The customs form lists the value of the order (the total price you paid less shipping costs) and states the contents as "audiobooks."

NOTE: If the delivery address is outside the USA, your country and/or postal system MAY add additional costs which must be paid before or upon delivery. Any duty, Customs clearing charges, Value-added Tax and/or other charges required by your country are your responsibility and have not been included in your payment to Audiobooks Online. Should you decide to refuse acceptance of delivery because of such additional costs, we will gladly credit you for your cost of the audiobooks, excluding the cost of shipping.

NOTE: Unless otherwise agreed, all shipments by the United State Postal Service are insured. It is important that you inspect the shipping container and audio product packages upon delivery and note any damage to your postal carrier or local post office. All materials (shipping container, product packages and packing) must be retained for insurance claim purposes. Notify us immediately of any such damage. Failure to inspect and retain shipping materials may result in nullifying insurance coverage and you risk not being reimbursed. Audiobooks Online will initiate all claims for insurance coverage. USPS insurance coverage, except for rifled or damaged items, ends whenever USPS records indicate your order has been delivered. Stolen items after USPS delivery are NOT insured.

AREA 1 = Continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands

USPS Insured MEDIA MAIL (usually 5 - 15 week days delivery after shipment; 5 - 15 day delivery not guaranteed; not traceable; actual delivery depends on how close you are to Vermont, USA)

NOTE: The USPS requires a signature upon delivery for shipments greater than $200. This requirement for a signature cannot be waived.

USPS Insured PRIORITY MAIL (usually 2 - 4 week days delivery after shipment; 2 - 4 day delivery not guaranteed; not traceable; actual delivery depends on how close you are to Vermont, USA)

NOTE: The USPS requires a signature upon delivery for shipments greater than $200. This requirement for a signature cannot be waived.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL (guaranteed overnight to many areas, excluding Sundays & holidays; traceable; remote areas, not near major airport cities, guaranteed two week days delivery)

NOTE: The USPS requires a signature upon delivery for all Express Mail shipments. This requirement for a signature may be waived at your request, however signature waived shipments cannot be insured for more than $100.00. Please request "waiver of signature" when you order. We DO NOT recommend waiving the delivery signature for shipments to businesses, schools, libraries or apartment complexes.

AREA 2 = all other areas (non-USA)
