Newport Beach, California actuary Liz Matthews discovers counting dead people for a living can be murder when the bodies start multiplying.

About the author: Denise Tiller is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and worked in Newport Beach for several years. Her actuarial textbook, Life, Health, and Annuity Reinsurance is the industry standard tome. It’s on the Society's exam syllabus and is going into a second printing. Denise is president of the unpublished writers' section of Sisters in Crime. She also belongs to the Mystery Writers of America and to a professionally-led writing critique group.
