Antonia Fraser is an internationally acclaimed writer. She studied at Oxford University and has been active in several arts and literary organizations. From 1974-75 she was the chair of the Society of Authors. She is best known for her historical biographies, including: Mary, Queen of Scotts, which won the 1969 James Tait Black Memorial Prize; Cromwell; Our Chief of Men; Charles II; and The Six Wives of Henry VIII. Her other books include Your Royal Hostage and Political Death. She married the playwright Harold Pinter in 1980.

Wanda McCaddon is an experienced stage and screen actress who has appeared in many productions in England and in the United States. She has read hundreds of audiobooks, including The Secret Garden, also published by Audio Partners.
